Fog out of Burgos
Out of Burgos, I hit several days of fog, it was beautiful and surreal.
The dew freezes on the trees and grass - when the light hits it is very beautiful.
As you walk along, things gradually appear, giving even more mystery to the landscape.

It's remarkable to see your photos of the Way. I walked to Santiago in 2002 in late August and early September, starting in St. Jean-Pied-du-Port. I recognize some of your photos; but it is so different from the season I was there. El Camino de Santiago has been coming up again and again in my life recently.
It is a magnificent experience, the pilgrimage, and it will never leave you.
